Julie is nationally recognized for her strategic insight and commitment to public service.

Michael Burline brings over a decade of frontline experience as a Grant Writer and Administrator working with Emergency Services. He also has over 15 years of professional firefighting experience. His deep understanding of emergency services and municipal operations adds critical perspective to the planning, justification, and execution of every grant or project MJ Burben supports.
